P & C Care Ltd now has RMN/RGN positions available. To work in our EMI nursing home settings at our Saltaire & Bradford based 40 bedded nursing homes. All shifts considered. £22k - £24k per annum. Job duties: 1. Provide Person-centred care 2. Evaluate & implement care planning 3. Ensure all CPA & RA documentation is kept up to date 4. Support & supervise our care team 5. maintain a high level of care at all times & in line with CQC outcomes Job requirements: 1. Must hold a valid NMC pin 2. Excellent interpersonal skills 3. Must be able to provide two satisfactory references
